An Eye for Images

“As a kid, I had an interest in photography and in aviation. I ended up in aviation as a corporate pilot. In the middle of my career, I had to take a two-year leave of absence for medical reasons. During that time, I pursued my passion for photography anew, expanding my skills through courses offered by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and opening a studio specializing in commercial and portrait photography. Now that I’m retired from aviation, photography has taken center stage once again, though my love of flying shows through in the large number of aviation-related prints in the collection. 

 The photographic art on this website reflects my approach to the creation of photographic display prints. Each image must stand on its own merits of interest, color harmony, composition, and the ability to withstand the test of time. It must not just be a great photo, it must look good as photographic wall art to be offered on Fountain.bz.”
